The IL22RA1 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB10941) is a valuable tool for researchers studying IL22RA1, a receptor involved in the immune response and inflammation. This antibody, derived from rabbit serum, exhibits high specificity for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the IL22RA1 protein, this antibody enables precise detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it an essential component of studies in immunology and disease research.
IL22RA1, also known as interleukin-22 receptor alpha 1, plays a crucial role in regulating immune reactions and maintaining tissue homeostasis. Its involvement in inflammatory processes and immune modulation makes it a promising target for investigations into conditions such as autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammation, and cancer. Understanding the function of IL22RA1 is key to developing targeted therapies that can manipulate immune responses in these disease contexts.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 16-230 of human IL22RA1 (NP_067081.2).
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the class II cytokine receptor family, and has been shown to be a receptor for interleukin 22 (IL22). IL22 receptor is a protein complex that consists of this protein and interleukin 10 receptor, beta (IL10BR/CRFB4), a subunit also shared by the receptor complex for interleukin 10 (IL10). This gene and interleukin 28 receptor, alpha (IL28RA) form a cytokine receptor gene cluster in the chromosomal region 1p36.
