Human Zinc Finger Homeobox Protein 1B (ZFHX1B) ELISA Kit
The Human Zinc Finger Homeobox Protein 1B (ZFHX1B) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantitative detection of ZFHX1B levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity to ensure precise and reproducible results, making it suitable for various research applications.ZFHX1B, also known as SIP1, is a transcription factor that plays a critical role in regulating gene expression and cell differentiation. It is involved in various biological processes, including embryonic development, tissue regeneration, and tumorigenesis.
Abnormal expression of ZFHX1B has been linked to diseases such as cancer, autism spectrum disorder, and cardiovascular disorders, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and prognosis. The Human ZFHX1B ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable tool to study the role of ZFHX1B in disease pathogenesis and develop new therapeutic strategies targeting this transcription factor. With its high performance characteristics, this kit is a valuable resource for advancing scientific knowledge and clinical research in the field of molecular biology.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
