Human WW Domain Containing E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase 2 (WWP2) ELISA Kit
The Human WW Domain-Containing E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase 2 (WWP2) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the precise measurement of WWP2 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it ideal for a variety of research applications.WWP2 is an important enzyme involved in the ubiquitination process, playing a key role in regulating protein degradation and cell signaling pathways. Dysregulation of WWP2 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.
Therefore, measuring WWP2 levels can provide valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human WWP2 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying ubiquitination pathways, protein degradation, and disease mechanisms. Its reliable performance and accurate results make it a valuable addition to any research laboratory.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
