Human Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 3 (WNT3) ELISA Kit
The Human Wingless-Type MMTV Integration Site Family Member 3 (WNT3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers looking to accurately measure WNT3 levels in human samples. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.WNT3 is a key player in the Wnt signaling pathway, regulating cell growth, differentiation, and development. Dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer, developmental disorders, and metabolic diseases.
By accurately measuring WNT3 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of this protein in disease progression and potentially identify new therapeutic targets.Overall, the Human WNT3 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for studying the role of WNT3 in health and disease, providing researchers with accurate and reliable data for a wide range of research applications.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
