Human Von Willebrand Factor A Domain Containing Protein 3A (vWA3A) ELISA Kit
The Human von Willebrand Factor A Domain Containing Protein 3A (VWA3A) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise quantification of VWA3A levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit features exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.VWA3A is a protein containing the von Willebrand factor A domain, which is involved in cell adhesion and signal transduction.
Studies have shown that abnormalities in VWA3A expression are associated with certain diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for investigating these conditions and developing potential treatments. This ELISA kit provides researchers with a reliable tool for studying the role of VWA3A in various physiological and pathological processes, ultimately advancing our understanding of the molecular mechanisms governing health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
