Human Von Hippel Lindau Tumor Suppressor (vHL) ELISA Kit
The Human Von Hippel-Lindau Tumor Suppressor (VHL) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise and accurate detection of VHL levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing dependable and consistent results that are crucial for a variety of research applications. The Von Hippel-Lindau Tumor Suppressor protein is a key player in regulating cell growth and division, as well as suppressing tumor formation. Mutations in the VHL gene have been linked to various cancers, including kidney cancer, making it a vital biomarker for studying cancer development and progression.
By using the Human VHL ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of Von Hippel-Lindau in cancer biology and potentially develop new strategies for cancer diagnosis and treatment. This kit is a valuable tool for advancing our understanding of VHL-related diseases and accelerating the development of targeted therapies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
