Human Vesicular Monoamine Transporter 2 (VMAT2) ELISA Kit
The Human Vesicular Monoamine Transporter 2 (VMAT2) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for detecting VMAT2 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures trustworthy and consistent results, making it an excellent choice for a variety of research applications.VMAT2 is a critical transporter protein involved in the packaging and transportation of monoamine neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine. Dysregulation of VMAT2 has been implicated in various neurological and psychiatric disorders, including Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, and addiction.
Therefore, measuring VMAT2 levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential treatments.Overall, the Human VMAT2 ELISA Kit offers researchers a powerful tool for studying the role of VMAT2 in health and disease, with the potential to advance our understanding of these complex conditions and facilitate the development of targeted therapies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
