Human Vesicular Acetylcholine Transporter (VAChT) ELISA Kit
The Human Vesicular Acetylcholine Transporter (VAChT) ELISA Kit is a reliable and accurate tool for measuring levels of VAChT in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research studies.VAChT, also known as the cholinergic vesicle transport protein, plays a crucial role in the transport of acetylcholine into synaptic vesicles, where it is released during neurotransmission. Abnormalities in VAChT levels have been linked to various neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other neurodegenerative disorders.
This ELISA kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the role of VAChT in these diseases, as well as for identifying potential therapeutic targets. With its user-friendly protocol and high-quality components, the Human VAChT ELISA Kit is an essential tool for any laboratory conducting research in the field of neuroscience and neurology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
