Human Uracil Phosphoribosyltransferase (UPRT) ELISA Kit
The Human UPRT (Uracil Phosphoribosyltransferase) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise quantification of UPRT levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.UPRT is an important enzyme involved in the pyrimidine salvage pathway, playing a crucial role in the biosynthesis of nucleotides and DNA repair processes. Dysregulation of UPRT has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurological conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding these diseases and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
The Human UPRT ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a reliable tool to accurately measure UPRT levels, facilitating in-depth investigations into the role of this enzyme in health and disease. This kit is user-friendly, cost-effective, and suitable for high-throughput analysis, making it an essential addition to any laboratory studying UPRT-related mechanisms.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
