Human Uncoupling Protein 1, Mitochondrial (UCP1) ELISA Kit
The Human Uncoupling Protein 1 Mitochondrial (UCP1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring UCP1 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research settings.UCP1 is a key protein involved in thermogenesis and energy expenditure, particularly in brown adipose tissue. Its expression is crucial in the regulation of metabolism and heat production, making it a valuable marker for studying metabolic disorders such as obesity and diabetes.
With reliable data provided by the Human UCP1 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain important insights into the role of UCP1 in metabolic processes and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for managing metabolic diseases. Elevate your research with this cutting-edge ELISA kit from AssayGenie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
