Human Tumor Protein p53 Binding Protein 1 (TP53BP1) ELISA Kit
The Human Tumor Protein p53 Binding Protein 1 (TP53BP1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of TP53BP1 levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for various research applications.TP53BP1 is a key protein that interacts with the tumor suppressor protein p53, playing a critical role in DNA damage response and repair. Abnormalities in TP53BP1 expression have been linked to various cancers, including breast, lung, and prostate cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and potential therapeutic targets.
By using the Human TP53BP1 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure TP53BP1 levels in samples, providing valuable insights into its role in cancer development and progression. This kit is a valuable tool for studying TP53BP1 biology and its implications in cancer research and therapy.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
