Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Related Apoptosis Inducing Ligand (TRAIL) ELISA Kit
The Human Tumor Necrosis Factor-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand (TRAIL) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of TRAIL levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides researchers with a reliable tool to study the role of TRAIL in apoptosis induction and its potential therapeutic applications in various diseases.TRAIL is a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily and plays a critical role in the regulation of apoptosis, particularly in eliminating cancer cells. Its ability to selectively induce apoptosis in cancer cells while sparing normal cells makes it a promising target for cancer therapy.
The TRAIL ELISA Kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise measurement of TRAIL levels in biological samples.By utilizing the Human TRAIL ELISA Kit, researchers can further explore the mechanisms of TRAIL-mediated cell death and its implications in cancer treatment. This kit provides a valuable resource for studying the molecular pathways involved in apoptosis induction and developing novel strategies for targeted cancer therapies.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
