Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily, Member 14 (TNFSF14) ELISA Kit
The Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 14 (TNFSF14) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of TNFSF14 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it a valuable tool for researchers in a variety of fields.TNFSF14 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily and plays a crucial role in immune regulation, inflammation, and cell death. Dysregulation of TNFSF14 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
By accurately measuring TNFSF14 levels, researchers can gain insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these diseases and potential targets for therapeutic intervention.Overall, the Human TNFSF14 ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and convenient method for studying the role of TNFSF14 in health and disease, ultimately advancing our understanding of immune-mediated processes and paving the way for novel treatment strategies.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
