Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily, Member 13 (TNFSF13) ELISA Kit
The Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 13 (TNFSF13) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of TNFSF13 levels in human biological samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for research purposes.TNFSF13, also known as APRIL (A Proliferation-Inducing Ligand), is a key player in the immune system, regulating inflammation and immune responses. Dysregulation of TNFSF13 has been linked to various autoimmune diseases and cancers, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
With its user-friendly protocol and high-quality components, the Human TNFSF13 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers investigating the role of TNFSF13 in health and disease. Get your kit today and unlock new insights into the complex mechanisms of the immune system.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
