Human Transient Receptor Potential Cation Channel Subfamily M, Member 4 (TRPM4) ELISA Kit
The Human Transient Receptor Potential Cation Channel Subfamily M Member 4 (TRPM4) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of TRPM4 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for various research applications.TRPM4 is a key member of the transient receptor potential (TRP) ion channel family, playing a crucial role in regulating calcium ion transport and cell signaling processes. Dysregulation of TRPM4 has been implicated in various diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, and immune system dysfunction.
Therefore, studying TRPM4 levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions. The Human TRPM4 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool to accurately measure TRPM4 levels, enabling further investigation into its role in disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic targeting. With its advanced technology and reliable performance, this kit is a valuable asset for research aimed at understanding TRPM4 biology and its implications in various disease states.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
