Human Transient Receptor Potential Cation Channel Subfamily C, Member 6 (TRPC6) ELISA Kit
The Human Transient Receptor Potential Cation Channel Subfamily C Member 6 (TRPC6) ELISA Kit is a highly specific and sensitive assay designed for the detection of TRPC6 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it an ideal tool for research applications in studying the role of TRPC6 in various physiological and pathological processes.TRPC6 is a member of the TRP superfamily of cation channels, which play a crucial role in cellular calcium signaling and regulation.
Dysregulation of TRPC6 has been implicated in various diseases, including cardiovascular disorders, renal diseases, and neurological disorders. By measuring TRPC6 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially identify new therapeutic targets.Overall, the Human TRPC6 ELISA Kit offers a reliable and efficient method for quantifying TRPC6 levels, making it a valuable tool for advancing research in the field of calcium signaling and channelopathies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
