Human Transforming Growth Factor Beta Receptor II (TGFbR2) ELISA Kit
The Human Transforming Growth Factor Beta Receptor II (TGFBR2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of TGFBR2 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.TGFBR2 is a key receptor involved in the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) signaling pathway, which plays a critical role in regulating cell growth, differentiation, and immune response. Dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune disorders.
Therefore, measuring TGFBR2 levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of targeted therapies.By using the Human TGFBR2 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify TGFBR2 levels in human samples, allowing for a better understanding of the TGF-β signaling pathway and its implications in disease progression. Trust in the reliability and precision of this kit to advance your research in the fields of cancer biology, immunology, and beyond.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
