Human Transforming Growth Factor Beta Receptor I (TGFbR1) ELISA Kit
The Human Transforming Growth Factor Beta Receptor I (TGFBR1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of TGFBR1 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.TGFBR1 is a key receptor in the TGF-beta signaling pathway, playing a critical role in regulating cell growth, differentiation, and development. Dysregulation of this pathway has been linked to various diseases including cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune disorders.
Therefore, the measurement of TGFBR1 levels can provide valuable insights into disease mechanisms and aid in the development of targeted therapies. This ELISA kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the role of TGFBR1 in health and disease, offering a reliable and efficient method for quantifying TGFBR1 expression levels in human samples. With its high performance and ease of use, the Human Transforming Growth Factor Beta Receptor I (TGFBR1) ELISA Kit is an essential resource for advancing research in the field of TGF-beta signaling and related disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
