Human Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGFb1) ELISA Kit
The Human Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGF-β1) ELISA Kit is a vital tool for the accurate measurement of TGF-β1 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.TGF-β1 is a key signaling protein involved in regulating cell growth, cell differentiation, and immune response. Dysfunction in TGF-β1 signaling has been implicated in various diseases including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and fibrosis.
Therefore, accurate measurement of TGF-β1 levels is essential for understanding disease pathogenesis and developing targeted therapies. With the Human TGF-β1 ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently measure TGF-β1 levels in human samples, providing valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic interventions. This kit is a valuable asset for any research laboratory focused on studying TGF-β1 biology and its role in human health and disease.
Product Name:

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
