The Human TP53 (Tumor Protein p53) CLIA Kit is a cutting-edge assay developed for the quantitative assessment of TP53 protein levels in human biological samples. TP53, known as the "guardian of the genome," is a crucial tumor suppressor protein involved in regulating cellular responses to various stresses, DNA damage, and oncogenic transformation.
Aberrations in TP53 expression or function are associated with cancer development, progression, and prognosis, making it a key target for cancer research and diagnostics. This state-of-the-art CLIA kit provides a powerful tool for researchers and clinicians to measure TP53 levels accurately, offering valuable insights into p53-related pathways, tumor biology, and therapeutic responses. By quantifying TP53 proteins, this kit enables the assessment of TP53 functional status and its impact on cell cycle control, DNA repair, and apoptosis, aiding in the elucidation of cancer mechanisms and the development of targeted anti-cancer strategies. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, the Human TP53 CLIA Kit ensures precise and reproducible results, supporting reliable detection and quantification of TP53 levels in a high-throughput manner. Manufactured under strict quality controls, this kit delivers robust performance and user-friendly operation, making it an ideal choice for cancer biomarker studies, personalized medicine approaches, and translational oncology research.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human TP53. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human TP53 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human TP53, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human TP53. You can calculate the concentration of Human TP53 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
