The Human Toll-Like Receptor 5 (TLR5) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantitative measurement of TLR5 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it a valuable tool for a wide range of research applications.TLR5 is a vital component of the immune system, recognizing bacterial flagellin and activating immune responses to defend against infection.
Dysregulation of TLR5 has been implicated in various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, highlighting the importance of monitoring TLR5 levels in research and clinical settings.By using the Human TLR5 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of TLR5 in immune responses, inflammation, and disease pathogenesis. This kit offers a convenient and efficient method for studying TLR5 and its potential as a therapeutic target for various immune-related disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
