Human TNFSF14 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily, Member 14) CLIA Kit
The Human TNFSF14 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily Member 14) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of TNFSF14 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.TNFSF14, also known as LIGHT (lymphotoxin-like inducible protein that competes with glycoprotein D for herpesvirus entry on T cells), is a key member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily that plays a critical role in immune response modulation and inflammation regulation.
Dysregulation of TNFSF14 has been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With its advanced technology and reliability, the Human TNFSF14 CLIA Kit is an invaluable tool for researchers and healthcare professionals seeking to understand the role of TNFSF14 in disease pathogenesis and progression.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human TNFSF14. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human TNFSF14 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human TNFSF14, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human TNFSF14. You can calculate the concentration of Human TNFSF14 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
