The Human Tight Junction Protein 2 (TJP2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting and quantifying levels of TJP2 in human biological samples. Tight junction proteins play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of epithelial and endothelial barriers, regulating the passage of ions, molecules, and cells across cell layers. This ELISA kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for researchers studying tight junction function and dysfunction in various disease states.
TJP2 is involved in the assembly and regulation of tight junction complexes, making it a valuable target for understanding conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, cancer metastasis, and barrier dysfunction in neurological disorders.By utilizing the Human TJP2 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of tight junction proteins in disease pathogenesis and explore potential therapeutic strategies for targeting TJP2 in the treatment of various disorders.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
