The Human THOP1 (Thimet Oligopeptidase 1) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for the accurate measurement of THOP1 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.THOP1 is an important enzyme involved in the regulation of peptide metabolism and neurotransmitter processing. Dysregulation of THOP1 has been linked to various diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Human THOP1 ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently quantify THOP1 levels in human samples, enabling a deeper understanding of its role in physiological and pathological processes. This kit is an essential tool for investigating the mechanisms underlying disease development and identifying novel therapeutic targets.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
