The Human TF (Tissue Factor) CLIA Kit is a cutting-edge assay designed for the precise measurement of tissue factor levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Tissue factor, also known as thromboplastin, is a key protein involved in the blood clotting process. Dysregulation of tissue factor has been linked to various diseases like blood clotting disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammation.
Monitoring tissue factor levels using this kit can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and facilitate the development of potential therapeutic strategies. This advanced CLIA kit from Assay Genie is user-friendly and delivers rapid results, making it an indispensable tool for researchers and clinicians investigating the role of tissue factor in health and disease. Order now to unlock the potential of tissue factor research with the Human TF CLIA Kit.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human TF. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human TF and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human TF, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human TF. You can calculate the concentration of Human TF in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
