The Human Taurine Transporter (TAUT) ELISA Kit is a highly specific and sensitive assay designed for the quantitative detection of taurine transporter levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides accurate and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for researchers studying taurine transporter function and its involvement in various physiological processes. The taurine transporter plays a critical role in regulating cellular taurine levels, which is important for numerous biological functions including osmoregulation, neurotransmission, and antioxidant defense.
Dysregulation of taurine transport has been linked to various health conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and neurological disorders, highlighting the significance of studying this transporter in both normal and diseased states. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human Taurine Transporter (TAUT) ELISA Kit is a valuable resource for researchers looking to unravel the complex roles of taurine transporter in health and disease, ultimately leading to the development of potential therapies targeting this important protein.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
