The Human TTBK2 (Tau-Tubulin Kinase 2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of TTBK2 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers precise and consistent results, making it a valuable asset for a variety of research endeavors.TTBK2 is a key enzyme involved in the phosphorylation of tau and tubulin proteins, playing a crucial role in microtubule stability and axonal transport. Dysregulation of TTBK2 has been linked to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, making it a significant target for investigation and therapeutic development.
By providing a reliable means of quantifying TTBK2 levels, the Human TTBK2 ELISA Kit enables researchers to gain valuable insights into the role of this kinase in disease pathogenesis and progression. Its versatility and accuracy make it an essential tool for advancing our understanding of neurodegenerative disorders and identifying novel treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
