Human Survival Of Motor Neuron 2, Centromeric (SMN2) ELISA Kit
The Human Survival of Motor Neuron 2 (centromeric SMN2) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of SMN2 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is equipped with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for various research applications.SMN2, also known as Survival Motor Neuron 2, is a critical gene involved in spinal muscular atrophy, a genetic disorder that affects the motor neurons in the spinal cord.
The levels of SMN2 have been linked to disease severity and progression, making it a valuable biomarker for studying and understanding this debilitating condition.By utilizing the Human Survival of Motor Neuron 2 (centromeric SMN2) ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of SMN2 in spinal muscular atrophy and potentially uncover new therapeutic targets for the development of effective treatments.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
