Human Suppressors Of Cytokine Signaling 3 (SOCS3) ELISA Kit
The Human Suppressors of Cytokine Signaling 3 (SOCS3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers studying the immune response and signaling pathways in human cells. This kit allows for the precise measurement of SOCS3 levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants with high sensitivity and accuracy.SOCS3 is a key regulator of cytokine signaling and plays a critical role in modulating the immune response. Dysregulation of SOCS3 expression has been linked to various inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. By accurately measuring SOCS3 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and potentially identify new therapeutic targets.
The Human SOCS3 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a reliable and reproducible method for quantifying SOCS3 levels, allowing for in-depth analysis of signaling pathways and immune responses. This kit is an essential tool for studying the role of SOCS3 in health and disease, making it a valuable asset for any laboratory conducting research in immunology, inflammation, or cancer biology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
