Human STAT4 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 4) CLIA Kit
The Human STAT4 (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 4) CLIA Kit is a powerful tool designed for the quantitative measurement of STAT4 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.STAT4 is an important transcription factor that plays a key role in regulating immune responses and inflammation. Abnormal STAT4 expression has been linked to autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapies.
With its advanced technology and precision, the Human STAT4 CLIA Kit is a must-have for researchers looking to investigate the role of STAT4 in autoimmune diseases and other inflammatory disorders. Trust in this kit to provide you with the accurate data you need to advance your research efforts.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human STAT4. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human STAT4 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human STAT4, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human STAT4. You can calculate the concentration of Human STAT4 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
