Human Solute Carrier Family 30 Member 4 (SLC30A4) ELISA Kit
The Human SLC30A4 ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of solute carrier family 30 member 4 (SLC30A4) levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results, making it an indispensable tool for various research applications.SLC30A4 is a vital transporter protein that plays a critical role in zinc homeostasis by facilitating the transport of zinc ions across cell membranes.
Dysregulation of SLC30A4 has been implicated in various disorders, including diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for studying these conditions and developing targeted therapies. With the Human SLC30A4 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of SLC30A4 in health and disease, paving the way for advancements in diagnosis, treatment, and prevention strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
