Human Sodium/Glucose Cotransporter 1 (SGLT1) ELISA Kit
The Human Sodium Glucose Cotransporter 1 (SGLT1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of SGLT1 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is equipped with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.SGLT1 is a key transporter protein responsible for glucose and sodium uptake in the intestines and kidneys. Dysregulation of SGLT1 has been linked to metabolic disorders such as diabetes and obesity, as well as gastrointestinal diseases.
Therefore, studying SGLT1 levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential treatments.By utilizing the Human SGLT1 ELISA Kit, researchers can efficiently measure SGLT1 expression levels in human samples, ultimately advancing our understanding of the role of this transporter protein in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
