SIR2L5,Silent Mating Type Information Regulation 2 Homolog 5,NAD-dependent protein deacylase sirtuin-5, mitochondrial,Regulatory protein SIR2 homolog 5,SIR2-like protein 5
The Human Sirtuin-5 (SIRT5) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of SIRT5 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it perfect for various research applications.SIRT5 is a key enzyme belonging to the sirtuin family, known for its role in regulating various cellular processes such as metabolism, DNA damage repair, and stress response.
Dysregulation of SIRT5 has been linked to a variety of diseases including cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding these diseases and potentially developing targeted therapies. With the Human Sirtuin-5 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure SIRT5 levels in biological samples, providing valuable insights into its biological functions and potential therapeutic applications.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
