Human Sialic Acid Binding Ig Like Lectin 10 (SIGLEC10) ELISA Kit
The Human Sialic Acid-Binding Ig-Like Lectin 10 (SIGLEC10) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for quantifying SIGLEC10 levels in human samples like serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it a valuable asset for a variety of research purposes.SIGLEC10, also known as CD33L4, is a member of the SIGLEC family of proteins, which play roles in immune regulation and cell-cell interactions. SIGLEC10's involvement in immune responses and cell signaling makes it a key player in various disease processes, including inflammatory disorders and cancer.
As such, studying SIGLEC10 levels can provide valuable insights into disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.By utilizing the Human SIGLEC10 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain a deeper understanding of SIGLEC10's functions and its implications in health and disease. Whether investigating immune responses, cancer progression, or other biological processes, this kit offers the precision and reliability needed for impactful research outcomes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
