The Human Sialic Acid Acetylesterase (SIAE) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of SIAE levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, allowing for precise and reproducible results, making it an excellent choice for a variety of research applications.SIAE is an enzyme that plays a critical role in the regulation of sialic acid levels, which are key components of cell surface glycans involved in various cellular functions. Dysregulation of SIAE has been linked to autoimmune diseases, cancer, and other disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Human SIAE ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify SIAE levels in biological samples, providing valuable insights into the role of this enzyme in health and disease. This kit is easy to use and has been validated for use in a wide range of experimental settings, making it a valuable asset for any laboratory conducting research in this area.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
