Human Short Palate, Lung And Nasal Epithelium Carcinoma Associated Protein 3 (SPLUNC3) ELISA Kit
The Human SPLUNC3 (Short Palate, Lung, and Nasal Epithelium Carcinoma-Associated Protein 3) ELISA Kit is a reliable tool for accurately measuring SPLUNC3 levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring conclusive and reproducible results for various research purposes.SPLUNC3 is a protein that plays a vital role in regulating lung health and immune responses. Dysregulation of SPLUNC3 has been associated with respiratory diseases and lung cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
This ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating the role of SPLUNC3 in disease pathogenesis and developing targeted treatment strategies. Its accuracy and precision make it suitable for a wide range of research applications in the fields of pulmonology, oncology, and immunology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
