The Human SH3 Domain-Binding Glutamic Acid-Rich-Like Protein 3 (SH3L3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise quantification of SH3L3 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers reliable and consistent results, making it an indispensable tool for a variety of research purposes.SH3L3 is a key protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways by interacting with SH3 domain-containing proteins.
Its involvement in various cellular processes makes it a valuable biomarker for studying diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions. By accurately measuring SH3L3 levels, researchers can gain insights into the underlying mechanisms of these diseases and potentially identify novel therapeutic targets. Order your Human SH3L3 ELISA Kit today to advance your research efforts in understanding the role of SH3L3 in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
