Human SFRP4 (secreted frizzled-related protein 4) ELISA Kit
The Human SFRP4 (Secreted Frizzled-Related Protein 4) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of SFRP4 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research applications.SFRP4 is a key protein involved in the Wnt signaling pathway, playing a critical role in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and tissue development.
Dysregulation of SFRP4 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions. With its high performance and ease of use, the Human SFRP4 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of SFRP4 in disease pathogenesis and therapeutic targeting.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human SFRP4. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human SFRP4 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human SFRP4, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human SFRP4. You can calculate the concentration of Human SFRP4 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
