Human Serine Palmitoyltransferase, Long Chain Base Subunit 3 (SPTLC3) ELISA Kit
The Human SPTLC3 (Serine Palmitoyltransferase Long Chain Base Subunit 3) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of SPTLC3 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.SPTLC3 is a key enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of sphingolipids, which play crucial roles in cell signaling, membrane structure, and lipid metabolism. Dysregulation of sphingolipid metabolism has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, neurological disorders, and metabolic disorders.
The ability to accurately measure SPTLC3 levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human SPTLC3 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying sphingolipid metabolism, lipid biology, and related disease mechanisms. Its high performance and ease of use make it an essential component of any laboratory focused on understanding the intricate pathways that govern cellular function and pathology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
