The Human Semaphorin 4B (SEMA4B) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of SEMA4B levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.SEMA4B is a protein that belongs to the semaphorin family and plays a critical role in cell signaling and function. It is involved in processes such as cell migration, axon guidance, and immune response regulation. Dysregulation of SEMA4B has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurological conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Human SEMA4B ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify SEMA4B levels in biological samples, allowing for a better understanding of its role in disease pathology and potential therapeutic targeting. This kit is easy to use and provides consistent and precise results, making it an essential tool for any laboratory studying SEMA4B and its associated pathways.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
