Human Sclerostin Domain Containing Protein 1 (SOSTDC1) ELISA Kit
The Human SOSTDC1 (Sclerostin domain-containing protein 1) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of SOSTDC1 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit offers reliable and consistent results, making it an excellent choice for a variety of research applications.SOSTDC1 is a key protein involved in regulating bone formation and plays a crucial role in skeletal development and maintenance. Abnormal SOSTDC1 levels have been associated with various bone-related disorders, including osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.
Studying the expression of SOSTDC1 can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in the development of potential therapeutic interventions. With the Human SOSTDC1 ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify SOSTDC1 levels in human samples, enabling a better understanding of its role in bone metabolism and disease pathogenesis. This kit is an essential tool for investigators working in the fields of bone biology, musculoskeletal disorders, and regenerative medicine.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
