Human S-Phase Kinase Associated Protein 2 (SKP2) ELISA Kit
The Human S-Phase Kinase-Associated Protein 2 (SKP2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative detection of SKP2 levels in human samples. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reliable results for research applications in cancer biology, cell cycle regulation, and biomarker discovery.SKP2 is a key protein involved in cell cycle progression and ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation, contributing to the regulation of cell proliferation and growth. Dysregulation of SKP2 expression has been implicated in various cancers, making it a valuable target for understanding tumorigenesis and developing targeted therapies.
This ELISA kit enables researchers to study the role of SKP2 in cancer progression and investigate its potential as a diagnostic or prognostic biomarker. With its user-friendly protocol and precise detection capabilities, the Human SKP2 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for advancing our understanding of cell cycle regulation and cancer biology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
