Human Ryanodine Receptor 1, Skeletal (RYR1) ELISA Kit
The Human Ryanodine Receptor 1 (Skeletal) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool for the precise measurement of levels of RYR1 in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and consistent results, making it an invaluable resource for a variety of research purposes. The Ryanodine Receptor 1 (RYR1) is a critical protein involved in muscle contraction, specifically in skeletal muscle. Dysregulation of RYR1 has been linked to various muscle disorders and diseases, making it a key target for studying muscle function and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Human Ryanodine Receptor 1 (Skeletal) ELISA Kit, researchers can explore the role of RYR1 in muscle physiology and pathology, advancing our understanding of muscle-related conditions and paving the way for new treatment options. Trust in the reliability and accuracy of this ELISA kit to drive your research forward in this important field.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
