Human RNA Binding Motif Protein 24 (RBM24) ELISA Kit
The Human RNA-Binding Motif Protein 24 (RBM24) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of RBM24 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring dependable and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.RBM24 is a key protein involved in RNA processing and regulation, playing a crucial role in various cellular processes including gene expression and post-transcriptional modifications.
Dysregulation of RBM24 has been linked to diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for investigating these diseases and potential therapeutic interventions. With its superior performance and ease of use, the RBM24 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers and scientists studying the mechanisms of RNA-binding proteins and their implications in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
