Human Ribonucleotide Reductase M1 (RRM1) ELISA Kit
The Human Ribonucleotide Reductase M1 (RRM1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of RRM1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an essential tool for researchers studying the role of RRM1 in various diseases and conditions.Ribonucleotide reductase is a key enzyme involved in DNA synthesis and repair, making it a critical target for cancer therapy. RRM1, as a subunit of ribonucleotide reductase, plays a crucial role in regulating DNA synthesis and cell proliferation.
Aberrant expression of RRM1 has been implicated in cancer progression and resistance to chemotherapy, highlighting the importance of studying its levels in disease pathogenesis. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the Human Ribonucleotide Reductase M1 (RRM1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers looking to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer and other diseases, ultimately leading to the development of novel therapeutic strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
