Human Retinol Binding Protein 3, Interstitial (RBP3) ELISA Kit
The Human Retinol-Binding Protein 3 (Interstitial RBP3) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for the accurate measurement of RBP3 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high specificity and sensitivity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Retinol-binding protein 3 (RBP3) is a key protein involved in retinoid transport and metabolism, as well as in the regulation of vision and immune function. Dysregulation of RBP3 levels has been linked to various disorders, including retinal degeneration and age-related macular degeneration.
As such, RBP3 serves as a critical biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. With its reliable performance and versatility, the Human Retinol-Binding Protein 3 (Interstitial RBP3) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers and clinicians working in the fields of ophthalmology, immunology, and vision research. Get accurate and insightful results with this advanced ELISA kit from AssayGenie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
