The Human Reticulon 4 (RTN4) ELISA Kit is designed for the precise measurement of RTN4 levels in human biological samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for a variety of research applications.RTN4, also known as Nogo, is a key protein involved in regulating neuronal growth and plasticity. Its dysregulation has been linked to various neurological disorders, including multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, and spinal cord injury.
By detecting RTN4 levels, researchers can gain deeper insights into these conditions and potentially uncover new therapeutic targets.Overall, the Human RTN4 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a reliable and efficient method for studying the role of RTN4 in neurological diseases, paving the way for the development of innovative treatments and strategies for improving patient outcomes.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
