Human RANkL (Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor Kappa B Ligand) CLIA Kit
The Human RANKL (Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor Kappa B Ligand) CLIA Kit is a cutting-edge assay designed for the precise measurement of RANKL levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for various research applications.RANKL is a critical signaling protein involved in bone metabolism and immune system regulation. It plays a key role in osteoclast differentiation and activation, as well as in inflammatory responses.
Dysregulation of RANKL has been linked to osteoporosis, arthritis, and other bone-related disorders, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for disease diagnosis and monitoring. With the Human RANKL CLIA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into RANKL activity and its impact on various physiological processes. This advanced assay is an invaluable tool for studying bone health, immune function, and potential therapeutic interventions targeting RANKL signaling pathways.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human RANκL. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human RANκL and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human RANκL, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human RANκL. You can calculate the concentration of Human RANκL in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
