The Human RAD51 Homolog Rad51 ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of RAD51 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.RAD51 is a key protein involved in DNA repair and homologous recombination, essential processes for maintaining genomic stability and preventing mutations. Dysregulation of RAD51 has been implicated in cancer development and progression, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment.
With the Human RAD51 Homolog Rad51 ELISA Kit, researchers can effectively study the role of RAD51 in cancer biology, DNA repair mechanisms, and other cellular processes, leading to valuable insights and potential therapeutic avenues. Trust in the reliability and performance of this ELISA kit for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
