Human RAB8B, Member RAS Oncogene Family (RAB8B) ELISA Kit
The Human Rab8B (Member of Ras Oncogene Family) ELISA Kit is specifically designed to accurately measure Rab8B levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This ELISA kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for various research applications.Rab8B is a protein belonging to the Ras oncogene family, and it plays a critical role in intracellular vesicle trafficking and cell signaling pathways.
Dysregulation of Rab8B has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for studying these conditions and developing targeted therapies. With its advanced technology and validated performance, the Human Rab8B ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to explore the physiological functions and pathological roles of Rab8B in human health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
